Double pumpkin bread

There are many options for replacing gluten, but it is not an easy task to replace gluten in consistency and workability. After a long period of experimenting we finally found the best combinations of flours. 

Depending on the type of the dough we use the following ingredients:

  • millet
  • buckwheat
  • tiger nuts
  • sorghum
  • teff
  • brown rice
  • tapioca
  • coconut
  • quinoa

Each product has at least three types of flour, many of which are grind by us to ensure it is original or to give it a wholegrain character. 

Variety is also a consideration because, at request, we can replace one flour with another, if necessary. All you have to do is tell us the ingredient you are allergic to, and we will solve the challenge.

If the product has a high flour content, such as bread or pastries, the dough does not stick together and you cannot do anything with it. In order for it to stick you need some help in the form of flaxseed or psyllium husk flour.

All our products are gluten free and vegan.
