- The insulin resistance diet is a special carbohydrate diet that can stabilize blood glucose and insulin levels. You should eat 5 meals a day with a well-defined amount of slowly and rapidly absorbed carbohydrates. Refined carbohydrates should be excluded from the diet.
- Because diets are personalized, everyone involved is aware of the numbers and rules that apply to them.
- Size really matters because a smaller bite means less carbohydrates. But since it's not good to stay hungry after eating, I try to make "normal" sized desserts in this category as well.
